Jacuzzi out of order for my entire stay!!! No self-serve option at the pool bar created frustrating queues!!! A huge shortage of parasols made sunbathing uncomfortable!!! Cleanliness of sunbeds left much to be desired!!!

The room and hotel facilities were excellent. The food choices available for the breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. The grounds and pool areas were very well laid out and maintained.

I did not think the cabaret acts provided for the evening entertainment were very good generally.The staff customer service in the Tucan poolside bar could be improved.

Nice and friendly staff in the reception. Good service with the shuttlebus to and from the golf course.

Animation was to pushy looking for activated the people. too loud music by the pool. If people wants to participate they will come by them self.

The hotel was nice, but really fell short in so many ways. Temperatures of food were often cold, and not to mention the pool staff did nothing about people hogging the sun beds. I really expected an upgrade or something for all of these inconveniences, but that was obviously too much to ask.

My friend and I had a lovely five days at this very good hotel. We were all-inclusive and the standard of food surpassed our expectations - as did the freeflowing cava!! The hotel itself is situated just 10 mins by taxi from the airport which of course means you are in the flight path but it didnt bother us, the short transfer time was what we wanted. The reception, restaurant and two bars are well kept and the pool area and grounds of the hotel are attractive and tidy. The pools are icy but it was early in the season. There is a good programme of day time activities if you wish to get off your sunbed! The staff were friendly and encouraging with my very basis Spanish! Our room was large and very clean with a lovely big bathroom, and a large balcony with a super pool and sea view. The hotel is situated behind a small sandy beach and right next to a good shopping complex with an array of shops including a spar if you decide to take the HB option. All in all, an excellent find.

The hotel's evening entertainment was somewhat lacking and the local town was 'asleep'!! However, it is early in the season so maybe the town would be more 'buzzy' at a busier time.

the pools are some of the best i've seen! some dinner tables lacked tablecloths.

The reception was always busy and the staff were slow, rooms were not ready on arrival at 3pm. The furniture in the bars and rooms is in much need of updating, the bathrooms are very shabby with cracks to the basins

Room 348 was very nice, and the food was very good.

The furniture in the Broadway bar and upstairs bar was not up to the standard of the hotel.

Kids loved the playground, great location near the beach. Food wasn't always hot, a letdown. Room was clean but dated. Plenty of activities like darts and table tennis available. Staff friendly but a bit overwhelmed during busy times.

Excellent location and facilities with helpful staff. Close to airport and local facilities. Car hire available on site and next to very large shopping centre.

The beachfront location offers a lovely promenade that leads to the marina for a pleasant stroll. The restaurant staff were really good, especially Daniel and Joaquin.

The location was stunning and fantastic close to the beach. We ate at a good restaurant again with all the staff being very polite and helpful. Terrific service, though a few employees were very rude.
